Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, licenses for items on Coderthemes cannot be returned or exchanged in the same manner as physical goods. As a result, all sales are generally final, and refunds are only issued under specific circumstances.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • Item is "Not as Described": The item is materially different from the product description or live preview.
  • Critical Technical Defect: The item contains a verified technical bug or security issue that prevents its core functionality and cannot be resolved by the author.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item/license more than once.
  • Un-downloaded Item: The item files have not been downloaded from your dashboard.

2. When Refunds are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchasing the wrong license/item.
  • Not having the necessary technical skills to use the item.
  • Changing your mind or deciding you no longer need the item.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or environment compatibility.

3. All Access pass

  • Purchase of All Access Pass is final and cannot be refunded in any case.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • If you meet the eligibility criteria, email us at support@coderthemes.com with your Order ID, details of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.
